Idle Hands -25 Avenue B (between 2nd & 3rd St.)

Idle Hands

-25 Avenue B (between 2nd & 3rd St.)

"Do you like B&B?,... "Oh I'm sorry...Burgers and Bourbon?"
We are about to depart down a road....about a bar in the East village...A bar....that truly rocks....and has dedicated themselves to great whiskey, beer, burgers, and ROCK N ROLL....
The space is very simple with low ceilings, simple furniture, black paint & absolutely no windows (Vampires and sun haters you will love it...day drinkers...you will love it..).  What Idle Hands lacks in sunlight, it more than makes up in beer (YES), bourbon & whiskey (DOUBLE YES).

Idle Hands is the bar to be at if you like Bourbon, good Beer and Rock . They have one of the largest selections of Bourbon in all the city, 40+ rotating Craft Beers and 7 nights a week of Rock Music.  but the COOLEST and baddest event is the weekly Wednesday night $10 tasting. Each week they feature a different Brewery & Distillery and bring in brand managers for a 2 hour tasting event from 7 – 9 pm. The best part? It only costs $10!!! (THAT'S Cheaper than the CAB RIDE HOME!)
$10 Beer and Bourbon Tasting....hmmm...tasting pretty good to me!
- Hang with representatives from Breweries & Distilleries
- 1 taste of featured bourbon / whiskey
- 3 tastes of featured brewery
- 2 full pours of featured brewery
- 1 order of Tater Tots w/ specially made dipping sauce made with featured brewer

The Burger at Idle Hands is rated to be one of THE' BEST IN NYC...so if you like food and an insane array of Bourbon (WHO DOESN'T?), Then this is the place to stop by or bring a date for some fun drunken dinning..

Bottom Line, This is a cool spot if you know about it, Don't be mislead by the idea of a dark basement bar in the village, its an upscale dive that is very enjoyable..This is a place that's hit-or-miss with meeting singles, but is a fun place to bring a date or go with a small group of friends to try out the grub and Whiskey.
THIS BAR ROCKS!!!!---
ROCK ON
